Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With his worldwide experience, Andrea Reitano and his Chef Fabrizio Piga brings together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. To that end, the wine and cocktail program will focus on organic and biodynamic offerings.
Located on the southern tip of Miami Beach at 150 Ocean Drive, Forte dei Marmi’s 1938 Mediterranean-revival building has been meticulously renovated by local architect Chad Oppenheim. The restaurant’s contemporary aesthetic conjures up the allure of Italian beach culture — with particular inspiration drawn from the seaside resort Forte dei Marmi in northern Tuscany’s Lucca province.
The space is complemented by interiors that are a collaboration between Oppenheim and Milan-based designer Henry Timi. Together they have created an atmosphere of sophisticated simplicity with a focus on authenticity of materials. The fragrant gardens and intimate landscapes envisioned by Enzo Enea further enhance the spirited connection between these two seaside resorts.
On the other hand, the deep and genuine wish to share that heritage, since we are aware that extraordinary reality should never remain confined.
For this reason, on a daily basis, we set sail across the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, searching for the best fish that we propose to our customers.
Ambassador of tradition, passion, love, warmth this is, ultimately, Forte.
